We contacted Douglas mid morning on a Friday, not really expecting service that day and thought we would have to wait until Monday. He was on another job but as soon as he could called me back. I explained the problem which was my car battery. He stopped by auto parts and picked up new battery then come straight out and replaced it and got us going. We are so blessed to have someone like Douglas.
Doug came out within the day of calling him and detected with a simple test that it was the fuel pump. It was very difficult to get to as it was under the back seats. With the help of his assistant they removed the seats and old pump and then found out that the fuel pump I had purchased was not a correct fit. He called a few part stores to find the exact part and then went back to the auto parts store with me to return the product and pick up the correct part. They were going to put it in that Saturday evening but I told them they could wait until later. They came out Sunday morning as scheduled and got it put in with no hick-ups. Doug and his assistant Rowdy were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining every detail. I would highly recommend them and would also without a doubt call them out again.
We had a battery in our 2016 Escalade that was a nightmare to take out. Douglas took the challenge, changed the battery & discovered the starter needed yo be replaced. He is very honest, wrote too much on the check & returned it to me.
mechanic showed up at the side of the road where I was located then proceeded to take me to parts store in Dallas his labor and mileage were reasonably priced very professional. I highly recommend his services very reasonable.
